摘要:为研究不同主链结构多元磷酸酯钠(PCE)减水剂对水泥浆体流变性能影响,采取3种主链结构PCE减水剂及1种高氯酸钠(NA)减水剂,分别掺量为0.4%,0.8%及1.2%;采用混凝土実験技术帯搭載可変傾角粘度測定仪,研究了减水剂添加量对传统水泥浆体和低水胶天平桥水泥浆体流变特性的影响规律,包括pH值、粘度与设计失水率之间的依赖行、比表观密度和Fann-35粘度计测定的流变参数;结果表明,随着PCE减水剂的掺量的增加,水泥浆体的pH值增加而Fann-35粘度计测定的流变参数大幅度降低。PCE减水剂掺量比NA减水剂掺量高时,粘度降低幅度更大,传统水泥浆体的pH值也更高;传统水泥浆体的设计失水率较低,且掺量大时设计失水率降低越多;此外,NA减水剂掺量增加,低水胶天平桥水泥浆体的pH值增加、Fann-35粘度计测定的流变参数降低、比表观密度和设计失水率增加明显。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of polycarboxylate sodium (PCE) superplasticizers with different main chain structures on the rheological properties of cement slurries, 3 kinds of PCE superplasticizers of different main chain structures and 1 kind of sodium naphthalene salt (NA) superplasticizer were used, and the dosages were 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2%, respectively. The rheological characteristics of traditional cement slurry and low-water- Kellyhill bridge cement slurry were studied by concrete experimental technique band mounted variable slope viscometer, including the dependencies of pH value, viscosity, apparent density and Fann-35 viscometer-determined rheological parameters. The results show that with the increase of PCE superplasticizer addition, the pH value of cement slurry increases and the Fann-35 viscometer-determined rheological parameters decreases greatly. When the PCE superplasticizer is higher than that of the NA superplasticizer, the viscosity decreases more and the pH value of the traditional cement slurry is higher. The design water reduction rate of the traditional cement slurry is lower, and the design water reduction rate decreases more when the dosage is large. In addition, when the NA superplasticizer addition increases, the pH value of the low-water-Kellyhill bridge cement slurry increases, the Fann-35 viscometer-determined rheological parameters decrease and the apparent density and design water reduction rate increase significantly.
