摘要

随着我国经济快速增长，人民生活水平不断提高，人们对休闲、娱乐、度假等需求日益增加。作为一个拥有丰富自然资源和历史文化遗存地区，如何将这些优势转化为经济效益是当前亟待解决的问题。本文以中国河南省中部城市———信阳为例，通过对其旅游资源、行业现状以及存在问题进行深入剖析，并结合国内外相关领域学者所提出关于可持续发展方面理论进行探讨。最后基于构建指标体系并运用SWOT模型进行了评估，并提出了相应策略建议。

Abstract 

With the rapid economic growth and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's demand for leisure, entertainment, vacation and other needs is increasing day by day.As an area with rich natural resources and historical cultural relics, how to turn these advantages into economic benefits is a problem that urgently needs to be solved at present.Taking Xinyang in central Henan province as an example, this paper analyzes its tourism resources, industry status quo and existing problems in depth, and discusses relevant theories on sustainable development proposed by scholars in related fields at home and abroad.Finally based on the construction of index system and using SWOT model for evaluation,and put forward corresponding strategic suggestions.
